We’ll be doing small group discussion as well as a guided meditation in the end for our well-being.
We explored the issue of depression and anxiety too using the DASS assessment, after which we can have an in-depth discussion about depression and anxiety.

how did covid19 affect our mentality? what should we do?
Our psychologist, senior counsellor and professional life coach shared participants some useful tips regarding anxiety and stress about COVID-19.
What does your anxiety do? It does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, but it empties today of its strength. It does not make you escape the evil, but it makes you unfit to cope with it if it comes. We cannot change the current situation, yet we can choose how to deal with it. If we remember to turn on the light, happiness can be found even in the darkest of times.
