Raindy is a Holistic Care Practitioner, a Mindfulness Coach and a teacher at Holistic Wellness Hong Kong (HWHK). She is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher as acknowledged by the Center for Mindfulness, California Institute of Health. Raindy also completed the training in Corporate-Based Mindfulness Training (CBMT) from Potential Project International which provides mindfulness training to corporate.
Raindy is an advocator that mindfulness as a way of life. She provides regular mindfulness classes to local communities and delivers mindfulness workshops to companies and the author of Living in Mindfulness Everyday.
Raindy is leading Sacred Sound Healer in town. She has offered over hundreds of public classes about meditation and wellness in Hong Kong. She uses Singing Bowl as a tool for many individuals who have suffered from physical pain, sleeping problems. Thousands of participants have benefited from her service and his mission to use sound to de-stress and heal the world. Raindy is also a counsellor, a certified NLP Practitioner, a Health Coach, as well as Aromatherapist. She enjoys writing and reading, yoga, tea zen.
After these years of practice, she understands that friends they have emotional illness need someone to listen and be a companion. Other than listening, empathy and acceptance from unconditional love are the elements that lead us through the way to recovery! There are two aspects of services she is providing: Therapeutic and Educational. For the former one, the only Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but complementary tools such as sacred sound healing, aromatherapy which are very helpful in dealing with insomnia. She also has the gadget to measure our HRV to understand our biofeedback response in stress, to measure our meditation states in alpha, beta to know how mindful we are. In sum, She has different kinds of tools to alleviate stress; but most important is the heart to walk with you on the way from depression to delight!
